Mums in Motion is a Mums and Bubs fitness Class that runs over 8 weeks meeting once a week. All sessions are on the swiss ball and the intensity of the workouts are increased each week. Each Mum receives her own postnatal exercise workbook with readings and homework exercises. Babies and kids are included in the workouts so there’s no need to worry about childcare.
Safe and effective Mums and Bubs fitness Classes are currently running in Quinns Rocks in Perth WA, as well as online. Classes are small and personal with a max of 10 per class, so get in quick as places are limited and bookings are essential.
